1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BetKing website and all associated services, games, and features available at betking.lv ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

• You have not previously had a BetKing account that was terminated due to a Terms violation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on BetKing. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any related funds or winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BetKing are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). BetKing supports the following payment methods for Philippine users:

• Local bank transfers (via Philippine online/mobile banking)
• GCash and Maya (Philippine e-wallets)
• Other approved mobile payment methods available to Philippine residents

Deposits are typically reflected in your account promptly, subject to your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes indicated on the Platform, and may be subject to identity verification before release.

BetKing reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or an active bonus condition that has not yet been met.

Funds in your BetKing account do not accrue interest. BetKing is not a bank, and your account balance should not be treated as a savings deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

BetKing may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is offered.

General principles that apply to all promotions include:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed, subject to any applicable void conditions.
• BetKing reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds or payout structure applicable at the time the bet was placed.
• BetKing may impose minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary by game, event, or player account.

Sports betting markets may be suspended at any time due to late team news, weather conditions, or other live developments. BetKing will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by such suspensions.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

BetKing is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain funds or winnings.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financially suspicious activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

BetKing uses monitoring systems to detect unusual activity. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full, and legal action may be pursued where warranted.
